Inspired by Medical Medium Herb Recommendation. ( we are not affiliated)

Here's my story: I wasn't feeling well and I was fine the herbs he was recommending from different places. I basically got tired of finding one herb in different stores so I decided to make my own blend with every herb he shared on his post and podcast.

This just made my whole life easier anytime I need my herbal blessing bag that we call " Virus Fighter" these herbs made me feel so much better when I was sick. I had to share the blend with you.

Instructions: always ask your doctor before consuming any herbal supplements especially if you are a medication and pregnant. Recommended to take this only a few days up to three weeks ONLY.

Start having 1 to 2 teas when you start to feel sick or are sick. Discontinue use after a few days or 3 weeks most depending on the illness. You can drink the tea again in 3 weeks.

What this blend is used for a short period of time: Due to its powerful immune boosting abilities, its best to only take echinacea for a short period of time, usually from a few days to a few weeks, depending on your illness. This short duration will activate your immune system, but also protect it from becoming over-stimulated.

Ingredients: all organic herb, thyme, oregano, nettle leaf, licorice root, wild blueberries, cats claw and echinacea.
