I do not offer refunds. If your package gets lost in transit, we do not replace it. Please contact USPS. Once we drop it off, its in their hands and they will only give me the same info they give you.

All creams and body oils have a 2 year shelf life from when you order it. All herbal extracts and herbal tea blends have a 2 year shelf life, from when you order it.
