Water: Help you flow your ideas and trust. Avoid if you're too emotional. Use Air to help you breath and not drown in emotion.

Air: Help you visualize your ideas and received more ideas. Inner child comes alive. Use Fire Spray to focus you ideas. If you are too much in your mind then use Fire instead and Earth to ground you.

For example if your mind is always going and you can’t calm it down it’s best to use earth spray for grounding & maybe Fire to focus the thoughts into action. If the mind is always going there’s too much air element.
